A Excellent breakfast, cozy room, great staff

Great breakfast and lovely decor. Good carpark and the city trams are just 100 meters away. Quiet location and rooms were easily accessed.

Coff making facilities would be nice in the rooms.

Immaculately clean with excellent breakfast.

We chose it because it had parking facilities however the hotel was quite a distance from Heidelberg city. There was a very good tram service into Heidelberg, about 100 mts from the hotel, therefore it didn't inconvenience us too much.

The staff were great. I particularly enjoyed the atmosphere of the restaurant, where breakfast was beautifully presented and served at the table, offering various high-quality options.

The hotel with attractive and beautiful rooms, in a lovely area, on the outskirts of town. Fantastic staff, really great stay. Great way to end our christmas.

1. Restaurant. It is excellent - the quality of food is higher then expected level. 2. Parking. Quite big parking for such high density of buildings in Heideberg

1. Price. It is too high for such a hotel in such olace.2. Internet connection could be better in some places.

The breakfast was the best ever, with cheeses and meats beautifully presented. The staff was super friendly and the lobby bar had an excellent whiskey selection. Getting into the city was easy with the tram stop just a minute away.

Bottle of water were prepared for each persons. Internet is free of charge.

The hotel locates far from the city center. It's not convenient without car.

Recommended by former business colleagues at us Army Europe. Only pity was that restaurant did not open on Sunday Night or Monday lunch. Liked quietness in evening, excellent new Trams outside to visit town and castle; good parking free, behind hotel. Owner provided fan for warm evening.

Price a little high compared to similar hotel in Leipzig and Oberammergau, this same week !

Very comfortable bed!

Although the hotel is some distance out of the city it could not be easier to travel to the centre . Right outside the hotel the tram, which runs every 10 minutes, takes you straight to the centre, perfect. Reception sell you a ticket. Easy.

The staff was very friendly and accomodating. We arrived at 10:30 in the evening after driving 6 hours with loads of luggage, a big baby stroller, and a 10-week old baby. The stroller was too big for the small elevator and the woman carried it up to the third floor for us - so unexpected and really nice of her. They also had a baby crib ready in the room for us - also a nice touch! Also, the breakfast is really good - very fresh and yummy!

We stayed in room 13. It was a really good size and the beds and bathroom were very clean. I do think it is time to replace the carpets though as they have seen too many days.

We enjoyed our time here, especially the cozy bar with a great selection of local beers. My mother loved the breakfast, delicious and plentiful. The tram stop right outside made it easy to explore the town without hassle.

My kids wished for a more comfortable sofa bed.

The environment is good. The hotel allowed us to eat delivered food in their restaurant even it was already closed. The nice and helpful staff also helped to clean up after we have done eating.

Great service, nice dinner, quiet location, comfortable.
